My day-to-day role at NOW consists of assisting the commercial CRM arm of the business by designing solutions via the likes of monthly newsletters, winback offers, cross-selling memberships, onboarding, and more. With the help of insights, testing, and learnings from previous sends, I can determine the best UI/UX for current and prospective customers while constantly improving designs to suit the needs of the user and guarantee high clickthrough rates. Some campaigns that came under these briefs included And Just Like That, Harry Potter Reunion, Euphoria, The Staircase, House of the Dragon, and many more.

Occasionally I assist other teams like PR, Digital Marketing, and Internal Comms, including the Now Mental Health & Wellbeing Team. Some pieces of work I've helped with include the new monthly influencer newsletter which is sent out to roughly 200 influencers, digital banners, and large print pieces for internal Comms showcasing the new Alibi launch, to name only but a few.
