nowtv.comMy core role at NOW focuses on the CRM strategy, where I design push notifications and customer-facing emails. These campaigns – covering content launches, winback offers, cross-selling memberships, and onboarding – generate impressive results and consistently exceeded sales targets.
To guarantee these outcomes, I utilise insights, testing, and learnings from previous sends to determine the best UI/UX for current and prospective customers, constantly improving designs to suit user needs.
Beyond these core responsibilities, I assist teams like the TV UI team, PR, Digital Marketing, and Internal Comms.
