There's No Place Like Home

A illustrated dedication to Grenfell and the community. This is an ongoing personal project of mine illustrating what I personally view as home. The first illustration of the series shows my neighbourhood where I was born and raised: Ladbroke Grove, London. I finished this in the midst of the Grenfell Tower disaster so to keep the memory alive I decided to include the tower as not only a reminder of a building I would walk past regularly but also to remember all those who tragically lost their lives, sadly including my childhood friend and artist Khadija Saye and her mother, Mary Mendy.
